1. all the front, rear and melamine plates are changed into round involute shape from its former arc shape, also the internal volume is increased so that the resistance force becomes less when the cottonseed roller rotates, so energy consumption is reduced.   MR160-11C cotton delinting machine

 

 

2. the rib-strip is extended, the arc is changed, the extending length of saw blade is increased from 40mm to 48mm, and the saw tooth no. is increased from 57 to 67, so that the output is high.
